My name is Vivien and I work in APAC Talent Acquisition team as a Sr. Recruiter. I joined CommScope through prior acquisitions and have been with the company since 2013. I'm located in Singapore covering entire APAC region including 13 countries and territories. My primary focus is Sales hiring for the Ruckus business unit, but I'm also recruiting for many other functions such as Marketing, Support Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, etc.). I have a strong passion in people business and enjoy building working relationship and trust with all level of people. I believe "Talent is Power" and I'm extremely grateful to have the chance to work with so many wonderful talents in CommScope!

When I am not recruiting, you can find me spending time with my three children, at a Zumba workout, or at the movie theater!

A fun fact about me is I was doing part time job in Old Trafford when I studied in Manchester in 2007 and I had bumped into Cristiano Ronaldo in person a couple of times!
