What do you do at CommScope? The Business Analytics team I manage helps the business across the globe with timely, accurate, and detailed information to discover business improvement opportunities using a self-service reporting platform and data analytics. Our team uses statistical analytics techniques to provides revenue forecast and deep insights into sales data.
How does your work impact CommScope's Success? Having right data driven insights at the right time will enable business users to make the right decisions. Business users on a daily basis consume insightful information from the analytics platform that we manage such as backlog, order input, inventory, spend and quality metrics.
What is rewarding about your job? Empowering CommScope business segments with technology innovation, enabling the business to make right decisions using insightful information, and using the best technology platform to provide better service to our customers and partners.
How has your career progressed at CommScope? I joined CommScope as a Database Analyst in 2009 and have grown into multiple roles horizontally and vertically ranging from analyst, team lead, delivery lead, project lead, manager and managing multi technology global teams (Business Analytics and CRM).
