Responsibilities
This Technician will be an integral member of the CommScope Heliax Fiber team located in CCS to support Fiber business. Primary responsibilities include Fiber Jumper &Trunk engineering sample build, test and trouble shooting.
How You'll Help us Connect The World
1.光纤组件的工程样品制作测试，包括：裁剥，研磨，装配，测试（ RL，IL，端面检测等）
2.协助研发团队完成光纤组件的失效模式分析，以及组装工艺改善
3.执行新研发项目向产线新产品导入时的协助工作
4.过程中的测试数据汇总及书写装配作业指导
Required Qualifications for Consideration
1.大专以上学历，具备5年左右的光纤组件装配以及测试经验；
2.了解光纤组件的构造及生产过程，包括：裁剥，研磨，装配，测试（ RL，IL，端面检测等），失效分析等；
3.熟练操作研磨机，光学性能测试仪以及端面检测仪等相关设备；
4.良好的计算机能力，熟练使用办公软件Word，Excel，Outlook，PPT等；
5.较强的口头和书面沟通技巧，团队合作；
6.工作细心，积极主动；
7.能够进行英语读写，熟悉光学仪器和组装设备维修者优先；
