Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit all CALA personnel and organizational changes in Employee Central our HR management system. Will also need to work in SAP.
Auditing workflows that include position creation, pay changes, transfers, supervisor changes etc., reporting out of Employee Central, SAP and Dovetail.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Fully Bilingual English-Spanish (written and spoken)
Willingness to rotate schedule, as needed
Team player, excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Customer service experience (preferred)
A strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits (preferred).
Microsoft Office tools, typing proficiency.
Experience in help desk applications, database reporting, SAP/HRIS experience (preferred).
Experience in Success Factors system (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Posibility to work later shifts (up until 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.), Earliest to start will be 8:00 a.m.
