How You'll Help Us Connect the World

We are currently recruiting an experienced Territory Account Manager to target and prospect large Enterprise customers, with a view to generating high-value incremental revenues. You will be a specialist in generating and closing pipelines from a fixed list of existing and new customers, aligned to specific vertical market considerations. Are you an experienced account manager with a deep understanding of the market, market trends, and an ability to align value to these? If the answer is yes we would love to hear from you!

The MEXICO TAM must develop the end-user accounts at the top of the pyramid of the financial, industrial, telecommunications sectors. TAM lead and implement an account plan for these named accounts, including detailing objectives, responsibilities, and timelines for these markets in Mexico. The TAM must drive a CommScope global infrastructure specification, improving both revenue attainment and profitability, must lead the development of a short and long-term strategy for growing revenue through new opportunities and markets, and must identify and develop additional revenue streams.

Applicants should have experience in selling wireless and networking products to high-level management and other decision-makers. The successful candidate will have a consistent track record of sales leadership, account and revenue development within the Wi-Fi or networking industry, and in-depth sales experience within a channel sales environment. OEM experience is helpful but Valuable reseller experience is acceptable.

A good technical sales and Telecommunications expertise is mandatory, and a reasonable understanding of DC, 5G, and Edge Computing is helpful. This person will preferably be able to demonstrate some technical hands-on capability in terms of demonstrating products to customers and doing presentations in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • 8 years of validated experience (5 years if you have a Bachelor's degree) in Enterprise Market, infrastructure, structured cabling systems, and technologies.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and listening skills. Spanish/English.
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute as a team member.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a process for leading a set of accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short term, and long-term opportunity management.
  • Able to identify and generate sales leads/opportunities is required.
  • Consistent record in growing revenue and quota achievement.
  • Demonstrate the vital skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and customers.
  • A proven track record to develop creative solutions that drive deals through to closure.
  • Travel required within assigned territory.

You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • Preferred Technical degree as Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.
  • MBA is a plus.
