Management of recruiting process for Indirect labor workforce at Bermudez site, and support process for Salary employees recruiting process.
Provide support as Clerk HR to improve team results, support Operations and facilitate employee onboarding experience while attending
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in charge of Indirect Labor recruitment process
- Assistant in recruitment process for salary employees, as main activities:
- Requisition posting.
- Assist candidates with the application processes and questions.
- Assist and liaise with customers regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes.
- Arrange interviews, to be conducted in person, via phone or video conference.
- Facilitate background investigations and drug screen of new hires and monitoring results.
- Keep candidates informed of the process, next steps and provide timely feedback on their applications.
- Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and forward required documentation to appropriate parties.
- Kick off on boarding activities.
- Assist in charge of onboarding meetings for Direct Labor employees.
- Support on Engagement activities for employees.
- Administer and interpret company policies through proper communications to employees and managers to maintain consistency in their applications.
- Prepare reports and information as required for HR Managers.
- Provider other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Assist in survey application, town hall meetings, internship program and cafeteria issues
Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, last semesters.
- Experience 1 year in labor HR activities.
- Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge in system TRESS
- Success Factors system knowledge.
- Agility in Computer systems.
- Commitment to quality, action oriented, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
