Now hiring a SeniorProgram Manager located in Italy - Faenza, you will have the chance to come into contact with all the structures of the company from Sales, Product Line Managers until R&D and Operation, including daily interaction with colleagues and the software development team in the USA, Europe (Germany and Italy) and India!
How You'll Help us Connect The World
The role focuses on leading software sustaining and feature development projects through full Software Development Life Cycle utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies from business requirements through implementation regarding (Distributed Antenna Systems) DAS products and (Radio Frequency) Mini Repeater projects at Commscope focusing on our ERA® portfolio.
Your ability to work across many different teams, from PLM to System Engineering will be key to your success in the role. We need an agile individual and senior professional who started as a developer and became a project manager, ready to defining the release content, planning resources, tools, and schedules; leading all results and checkpoints for compliance, design documents, test plans, and cross-functional reviews.
It is required to apply Project Management methodologies to keep projects on track and to carry out project standards, together with a weekly status update to the management team and identifying and mitigating risk when vital.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- 7+ years of mixed experience in Software design, testing, coding (Linux and C++), and PM in Electrical products.
- English proficient speaking
- Project Management Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics, IT, or similar
You Will Excite Us If You Have
- SW planning tool Polarion, Jira, or similar.
- Management experience.
- 4G and 5G working understanding
- Previous experience working with a globally distributed team.
