We have an immediate opening for the position of Sales Finance Analyst to join our team. This is a virtual role, allowing you to work anywhere in the US, with preference given to those located in Denver, CO; Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

Here, you will drive world-class sales reporting, insights, and analytics to the RUCKUS Americas Sales Leadership Team. You will be responsible for sales forecasting; sales analysis and reporting; incentive plan quota setting and crediting; and SalesForce.com data integrity, support, and troubleshooting.

Reporting to the Sales Finance Manager, this role will collaborate with the RUCKUS Americas Sales Leadership Team, Product Line Management, and Segment Finance by providing valuable information on business results and analysis to help drive business decisions and process improvements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of work experience, or a completed Master's Degree with 2-5 years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data in a variety of formats.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and quality control.
• High proficiency with meeting deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient written and communication skills with the ability to perform multiple initiatives simultaneously and follow through on projects and pivotal initiatives.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Business Objects.

Anticipated salary range dependent on experience and qualifications: $57,000 - $86,000.
