General Summary

• Supports and Promotes the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects
• Coordinates and supports Orange, Green Belts and Operations personnel of the plant in developing projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Serves as a team facilitator during the development of kaizen events, supporting the evaluation and implementation of best practices.
• Follow up on the implementation and monitoring of the CS Continuous Improvement System.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works with the operations team in identifying opportunities for reducing variation and eliminating waste.
• Train, Certify and gives coaching to Orange & Green Belts, Kaizen Facilitators and Lean Leaders on execution of Lean Manufacturing projects
• Deploys Lean Manufacturing Tools and Best Practices
• Sustain, audit and Improves the site Lean Manufacturing system
• Ensuring to understand and follow EHS standards, procedures and policies applicable
