This role will be based in our Melbourne office at Preston VIC 3072
We are seeking a technical, analytical, customer focused Engineering Specialist . As an Engineering Specialist you will be responsible for a variety of engineering services to support the DCCS business in the Australia/New Zealand region. Both pre-sales and post-sales support will be required, including pre-sales and tendering support, project execution to contract requirement, DAS design, field tests, documentation, reporting, repair coordination, and technical support. You will also be responsible to support other business-related needs as required in line with the mission of the group.
You will Excite us if You Have:
- Associate Degree, Electrical/Electronic Technology or similar technical area
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, RF expertise is preferred
- Strong written and oral communications skills will be required to make presentations to various levels of Management/Engineers/Customers
- Team Player
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines for the project requirements
- Competencies: Manage Complexity, Drive Results, Collaborates, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble Learning, Functional/Technical Skills.
- A solid background in supporting customer solution, trouble shooting, problem solving and customer operations
- Maturity, a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrity in respect of maintaining the confidentiality of the intellectual property (IP) of the company and the Customer is necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Excellent Project Planning and implementation skills
- Proficient with relevant tools such as MS Excel and Word
