Description:

Looking for a hands-on candidate with experience in Android system and application experience, along with strong C/C++/Java programming skills. The candidate should possess good communication skills and be a teammate who is flexible to take up new activities and work independently. Overall industry experience 10+ years.

Major duties to be performed:

• Able to do Architecture design, Development, Testing.
• Able to solve issues and fix them
• Work as an individual contributor for various Customer releases
• Able to work in a team and mentor/guide others
• Take up ownership and drive work to closure
• Communicate and Share knowledge with wider team
• Able to plan and execute results, meeting project Goals

MANDATORY Skills, Education and Experience:

• BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech in ECE/CS with 10+ years of related proven experience developing embedded system software.
• A Specialist in ‘C’ and 'C++'
• Strong work Experience in Android TV or Android application development
• Experience in Java Programming
• Strong proficiency in Linux operating system, Linux Device Drivers and Build system (Make files)
• Working experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, programming and trouble shooting skills required
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
• Must be self-motivated with an ability to work optimally and collaboratively in large teams across geographies.

Preferred Skills, Education and Experience:

• Strong working experience on Camera technology, Video conferencing, will be plus
• HDMI, WIFI USB working knowledge
• Development experience on Voice support
• Hands on experience on integration of CPEs to Google and AWS infrastructure.
• Integration of health care sensors to the embedded devices
• Strong working experience on Qualcomm SoC software component Integration will be plus.
• Working experience with scripting languages (Python, Java Script, Perl, etc.) will be plus
• Experience in browser area and WEBRTC will be plus
